Simon Cowell Remark on 'American Idol'

RULE
Friday, January 16, 2009

The Anti-Defamation League has received complaints that on the "American Idol" episode that aired on Wednesday, January 14, Simon Cowell used the word "Jewped" in reference to a contestant being allowed to continue by the other three judges.

After carefully reviewing the video we have determined that the word Cowell used was "duped," after one of the judges spoke positively about the contestant.
