Rumor on German Arms Sales to Israel False

ADL has been repeatedly asked for information on a rumor circulated by e-mail since 2002 that claims that Germany stopped all arms sales to Israel.

This rumor, which has origins in a short-time disagreement about the supply of spare parts for an Israeli tank, is completely false. Germany has provided, and continues to supply arms to Israel.
