Rutgers 'advertisement' a hoax

RULE
Thursday, October 09, 2003

ADL has received many inquiries regarding an alleged advertisement for an anti-Israel conference being held off the campus of Rutgers University in New Jersey October 10-12. This alleged advertisement states: "At Rutgers you can't kill Jews but you can support people who do."

Please be advised that this advertisement is an apparent lampoon prepared by individuals who opposed this anti-Israel conference. It is not an advertisement prepared by the organizers of this conference.
