Tell the Senate that Protecting People with Disabilities is a Priority

As part of its mission to fight discrimination, ADL has long been active in urging the Senate to ratify the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), the first international treaty to ensure that people living with disabilities enjoy equal opportunity and full participation in societies across the globe. CRPD was inspired by U.S. leadership and is modeled on the Americans with Disability Act. Last year, the United States missed an opportunity for the U.S. to lead on this issue when it fell 5 votes short of approving ratification.

Call, tweet, Facebook or ask your Senators to support CRPD and tell them America’s leadership in the fight for fair treatment for persons with disabilities is important to you.
