We commend the American Red Cross for concluding a Memorandum of Understanding with Magen David Adom which details areas of collaboration between the two humanitarian organizations.
This agreement is an important recognition by the American Red Cross of the concerns Israel and the United States share, including providing humanitarian services and the confronting of terrorism.
