Peters' efforts during 2003 included several outreach events - called "Scriptures for America weekend seminars" - held free of charge in hotels around the country. Combining elements of church services and classes, they took place in Nashville and Florida (February), Phoenix (March) and Branson, Missouri (August). Additionally, seminars were scheduled in early 2004 in Phoenix and in Charlotte, North Carolina. Peters' group also held "Bible camps" for followers in August and September.

Peters also published a new book, Communion and its Potential Blessings, Curses and Need. His group's eponymous newsletter, Scriptures for America, continues its regular publication, and Peters continues to broadcast on Internet and shortwave radio. His Web site includes a 57-page catalog of Identity materials.
