Robert A. Martin, the Anti-Defamation League's Director of Security, addressed the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) Committee on Terrorism at the organization's annual meeting in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on October 22, 2003. Mr. Martin addressed the committee on the suicide bombing phenomenon and gave an overview of ADL and its expertise in domestic terrorism and hate crimes.

Mr. Martin is a former Deputy Inspector with the New York City Police Department. He served on the FBI-NYPD Joint Terrorism Task Force and is a member of the IACP's Committee on Terrorism.
