Sami Osmakac, a 25-year-old naturalized American citizen from Kosovo, has been charged in a plot to attack sites in Tampa and take hostages. Osmakac was arrested in an FBI sting operation after taking possession of what he believed to be explosives and weapons from an undercover agent. Osmakac delivered extremist messages through online videos under the alias "Abdul Samia."
