Danny Simon, Co-Founder of Lalchandani Simon PL, focuses his practice on technology and healthcare agreements, litigation, appeals and compliance.
Simon graduated magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago. He was appointed to the editorial board of the prestigious Northwestern Law Review, which published his scholarly article about federal jurisdiction and preemption. He was also a member of Northwestern’s National Moot Court Team, where he received significant recognition for his exemplary speaking skills. During law school, he also interned for two district court judges — the Honorable Patricia Seitz in Miami and the Honorable Ruben Castillo in Chicago — as well as the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois.
Simon earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting, with a minor in Economics, graduating with highest honors from the University of Florida’s top-ranked Fisher School of Accounting.
Simon is a graduate of ADL's Glass Leadership Institute program. After completing GLI, he co-founded ADL Action, a group promoting volunteerism within ADL. He looks forward to promoting increased engagement within ADL by empowering community members to succeed in their own advocacy and various projects aimed at advancing ADL's policy goals.

Learning about all of the creative ways to promote engagement within the ADL community.
What do you hope the board (or you as a member of the board) will accomplish and/or help solve within this year?
Increase engagement nationwide and accomplishing projects aimed at furthering ADL's policy goals.
