National Vanguard Members Arrested in Boston

Two members of the Boston, Massachusetts, unit of the neo-Nazi group National Vanguard were arrested after one of the men paid a 14-year-old Brookline girl to perform oral sex on the other man.

Brookline Police arrested Jeremy Perea, 17, on a felony charge of inducing a minor to become a prostitute and a misdemeanor charge of sexual conduct for pay.  Matthew Downing, 25, leader of the Boston National Vanguard unit, was also arrested on the felony charge of statutory rape.  The December 22, 2006 arrests came after one of the two girls involved spoke to police at the Norfolk District Attorney's office in Canton, Massachusetts.
