As Senior Vice President of Talent and Knowledge, Tom Ruderman and his team strive to maximize individual, team and organizational effectiveness to help ADL attain its important mission. Tom plays a key role in creating a culture that attracts, energizes, engages, and inspires world-class talent.
Tom joined ADL late in 2015 after spending 30 years in increasingly responsible human resources (HR) roles in manufacturing, financial services, corporate trading, and health care businesses. Tom spent 15 years with the General Electric Company, working in four different businesses as well as corporate headquarters. He also held executive-level HR positions with Cigna and Citigroup.
Tom received a BS degree in Psychology from Tufts and earned a JD at the University of Virginia.
