About the Mini-Lesson
Over the past several years, domestic extremism in the U.S. is on the rise. A concerning element to this increase is the recruitment of young people to white supremacist extremism. This recruitment often takes place in online spaces and uses propaganda and misinformation to lure young people in. This mini-lesson provides helpful approaches educators can use to talk with young people about extremism and how to help young people resist and counter it.
