Extremists Blame Jews for Anti-Semitic Bomb Threats, Cemetery Desecration

  • March 2, 2017

White supremacists and anti-Semites say they’re pretty sure they know who’s responsible for the recent deluge of vandalism at Jewish cemeteries and bomb threats at JCCs and Jewish day schools. It’s the Jews, of course! That’s right: According to some incredibly racist people, members of the Jewish community are desecrating headstones and making threatening phone calls to kindergartens and senior centers.

Why? The pseudo-logic is as follows: If the Jewish community wanted the perpetrator of these crimes to be caught, it would magically happen. The fact that no one has been arrested is a clear sign that it’s all part of a Jewish-Globalist conspiracy, bent on destroying Donald Trump and his nationalist agenda.

Here are a few of the most creative theories that were percolating on extremist websites Monday and Tuesday, even as 21 bomb threats were being called in to 13 Jewish community centers (JCCs) and eight Jewish day schools.

Andrew Anglin, who runs the neo-Nazi website The Daily Stormer, blamed Jews for the bomb threats and desecration of Jewish cemeteries. “So obviously,” he wrote on Monday, “I don’t know for a fact that Jews did this. But Occam’s Razor says they did. They are screeching like drowning sewer rats about how ‘anti-Semitism’ is rising after the Trump election, and searching for things to validate this claim.”

Anglin continued, “I mean, it is possible that someone could make these calls untraceably – I guess it is possible – but such a person would be smart. Smart enough to know that these bomb hoaxes only benefit the Jews. So, it is simply obvious that the Jews are responsible for these calls. I of course cannot prove that, but the odds are a 1000-to-1 it’s the Jews…it is simply obvious that the only people who benefit from this are the Jews themselves.”

Also on Monday, neo-Nazi Lee Rogers alleged that Jews were behind the bomb threats. “The FBI needs to start investigating the Jewish community for phoning in hoax bomb threats against themselves,” Rogers wrote on his extremist website, Infostormer. “It looks more and more likely that Jews are doing this against themselves in order to draw sympathy from the native population. Between this and the Jew cemetery vandalism that’s been going on, this appears to be the most likely conclusion.”

Tuesday, Daily Stormer writer Erik Striker posted on the website, “…Jews don’t want to catch the culprit, and there’s even a possibility (although there’s no way to know for sure) that the federal authorities investigating these crimes don’t want to either. Either because Jews themselves know it’s a Jew behind it, or because of the immense political capital this is giving them against Donald Trump and the rise of genuine nationalism over their globalism.”

When former KKK Imperial Wizard and virulent anti-Semite David Duke expressed his support for this theory Tuesday on Twitter, he encountered substantial outrage – clear proof, he crowed, that he was right. “I must be getting close to the truth,” he tweeted on February 28. “The reaction of these people is priceless. #FakeHateCrimes.”
