I further agree that under no circumstances shall the Parties, be responsible for any liability, loss, or damage which I may suffer, caused by the Parties, or any third party, resulting from the Parties' involvement in my claim. By my signature below, I and my successors, transferees, assigns and related entities, hereby release the Parties from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, actions, rights, liabilities, contract obligations, damages, attorney's fees, costs, torts, suits, debts, sums of money, accountings, reckonings, bills, covenants, controversies, agreements, promises, at law or in equity or otherwise, whether direct or indirect, known or unknown, which I and my successors, transferees, assigns and related entities now own or hold, or have at any time heretofore owned or held, now or hereafter acquired, which are related in any way, directly or indirectly, to the Parties' acts and/or omissions arising out of or relating to the complaint.
