As Managing Director, ADL Israel, and Senior Regional Director, The Middle East and North Africa at the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), Carole Nuriel leads ADL’s efforts to promote programming, advocacy, and partnerships in the region. With over two decades of experience at ADL, Carole focuses on raising awareness of antisemitism in Israel, advancing social cohesion in Israeli society and collaborating with ADL’s partners across the Middle East. Carole regularly appears on Israeli media outlets, at conferences, experts’ forums and at the Israeli Knesset providing expertise and insights to Israeli decision makers and other groups about global antisemitism.

Previously, Carole served as ADL's Senior Middle Eastern Affairs Analyst, specializing in tracking and analyzing antisemitic trends in Middle Eastern media. Prior to joining ADL, Carole served in the Israel Defense Forces’ Intelligence Corps and worked for the Israel Broadcasting Authority, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Shalem Center.

Carole holds a BA in Arabic language and literature from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and pursued graduate studies in the same field, with a focus on classical Arabic. She is fluent in Hebrew, French, Arabic, English, and Spanish. Carole is married and has three children.
