Sarah Knapp
Chief of Staff
Sarah Knapp is Chief of Staff at ADL. She is a strategic executive advisor and organizational leader with two decades of experience driving complex initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams, and leading communications and stakeholder engagement across government and the private sector.
Prior to joining ADL, Sarah served as Executive Vice President of Business Development & Strategy at Spruce Technology, where she partnered with senior leadership on enterprise strategy, external relations, and organizational alignment. She previously held key leadership roles in New York City government, including Chief of Staff in the NYC Mayor’s Office of Technology & Innovation, and leadership positions at the NYC Department of Finance and the NYC Mayor’s Office of Operations, where she led major cross-agency initiatives and operational improvements.
Sarah holds an MBA from Baruch College and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder, and has completed executive education certificates in change management and AI for digital transformation through Cornell University.
