For example, 100% is often used as an amount or an expression and it is also used by some white supremacists as shorthand for "100% white." Similarly, other symbols in this database may be significant to people who are not extreme or racist. The descriptions here point out significant multiple meanings but may not be able to relay every possible meaning of a particular symbol.
The term “noticer” is a reference used by antisemites (primarily white supremacists) to refer to themselves; usage of the term occurs primarily on social media, especially in the form of screen names and on profile bios, although it may also be found in other contexts. The term may appear by itself, or in longer versions, such as “noticer of trends” or “noticer of things.” Other variants include formulations such as “nose noticer,” a reference to the antisemitic stereotype of Jews having large noses.
Usage of noticer in this context is intended to signify that the person using the term is “aware” that Jews are ostensibly behind major negative events (like terrorist attacks) or that Jews secretly control major elements of society (like banking or the media); it can also convey that the user pays attention to who is or who is not a Jew.
Noticer is often combined with “recognizer of patterns” or “pattern recognizer,” phrases that have the same antisemitic meaning as noticer. Because such terms may also possibly be used in innocuous situations, one must carefully examine any usage of them in the specific context in which they occur.
