Amy Rosenblum
VP, Donor Engagement and Philanthropic Operations
As Vice President of Donor Engagement and Philanthropic Operations, Amy Rosenblum and her team support ADL’s fundraising systems to build strong and positive donor experiences. She joined ADL in April 2025.
Amy’s built a career combining passion for community-based work with business excellence. She’s worked at Teach For America, United Way and most recently as the Chief Revenue Officer at Civic News Company. She’s led grassroot and national teams raising between $15M to $100M. For 10 years, she founded and led, Cultivation Center, a cross-sector consultancy working with more than 200 nonprofits, government agencies and social enterprises to strengthen their business models and leadership.
Amy received a B.A. from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT. She also holds an MBA from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado – Boulder with a certificate in Sustainability and Social Impact.
