Kolber Jonathan

Jonathan has extensive experience across the private equity and technology sectors in Israel and has served as Chairman, CEO and Director in over 70 public and private companies in Israel and North America.

Currently, Jonathan manages his personal investment company, Anfield Ltd., while also serving as an investor with the Viola Group, Israel’s largest multi-asset class technology platform.

In addition, he holds the position of Chairman of the Board at ION Asset Management Ltd., a leading Israeli investment manager, and serves on the investment committee of ION Crossover Partners, Israel’s first crossover fund. Furthermore, he is a member of the Board of Directors of Fiverr International Ltd. (NYSE: FVRR).

Jonathan founded and managed Claridge Israel, alongside the Canadian Bronfman family, from 1986 to 1997. Claridge Israel was, for many years, the largest foreign private equity firm in Israel. In 1998 Jonathan became CEO of Koor Industries (NYSE and TASE), one of Israel’s major conglomerates. During his tenure at Koor, Jonathan successfully led a complex restructuring and facilitated the company’s sale to the IDB Group.

Jonathan is an angel investor and has invested primarily in Israeli tech companies, including Fiverr, Eye Click, Vi Labs, Real Brokerage (NASDAQ: REAX), Moon Active, Mawari , Spike, eToro, Visitt, Dokka.Ai, Atlas Invest and Vyzer.

Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree in Near Eastern Language and Literature from Harvard University which he earned in 1983. He has also obtained a certificate in advanced Arabic from the American University of Cairo.

Furthermore, Jonathan devotes his time to philanthropic endeavors. He serves as the Chairman of the Friends of the Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center and sits on the board of the Peres Center for Peace and Innovation.
