Cheryl Drazin
Chief People and Advancement Officer
As Chief People and Advancement Officer, Cheryl Drazin oversees ADL’s human resources, legal, fundraising, and marketing work—strengthening the organization’s people, culture, and long-term growth to advance ADL’s mission.
Cheryl joined ADL in 2013 as the Jean and Jerry Moore Civil Rights Area Counsel and became Regional Director of the Dallas regional office in 2016. In 2020, she was appointed Vice President of the Central Division, leading efforts to fight antisemitism and all forms of hate. In 2023 she joined ADL’s Executive Team as Senior Vice President for Talent & Knowledge, and in 2024, the Management Committee as Chief People Officer. Prior to ADL, Cheryl was a shareholder at a boutique labor and employment law firm, where her practice focused on advocating for individuals who experienced workplace discrimination.
Cheryl holds a BA from Washington University in St. Louis and a JD from The University of Texas School of Law.
