Antisemitism 101 for the Workplace

A 45 minute on demand interactive module, supports professionals at all levels in developing their awareness and understanding of antisemitism. Through participation in this module, participants will begin to learn about diversity of Jewish identity and culture; define antisemitism and the myths and stereotypes reinforcing it; recognize how antisemitism shows up in the workplace and ways to take action.

A Boy Scout Troop's Eagle Scout project was defaced with graffiti that included swastika drawings.

Skokie Illinois

The website and emails associated with two school districts outside Chicago were hacked and responsible for sending emails to students described as “lewd, racist, anti-Semitic and patently offensive content.”

An unknown person or group distributed white supremacist propaganda that included an image of a swastika.

Lexington Kentucky

The sign and menorah belonging to the Chabad of the Bluegrass were found vandalized.

Hollywood Park Texas

14 First, a neo-Nazi group, distributed propaganda that attacked Black Lives Matter, Jews, and other minorities. The fliers included images of swastikas.

Billboards, one for the Klamath County Democrats, were vandalized with a swastika and the white supremacist symbol 1488.

Campaign signs for Assemblywoman Rebecca Seawright were vandalized with antisemitic messages that read “Baptise [sic] the bitch and Her Rabbi,” and another that just read "Baptise [sic] the bitch."

Multple mezuzas were stolen and apartment doors were vandalized with antisemitic graffiti that read "Fuck the Jews" and "Jews suck."

Multiple headstones at Ahavas Israel, a Jewish cemetery, were vandalized with spray-painted graffiti that read "TRUMP" and "MAGA."

Fairfax Virginia

A sign that read "The Democrat Platform is Socialist," with an emphasis on "rat" and the "s" in socialist replaced with Nazi lightening bolts, as well as an image of a swastika, was found hung out on a tree outside a Jewish community center.

A swastika, the n-word, "Jew," and phallic imagery were found drawn in chalk on the road in a residential neighborhood.

During a Black Lives Matter protest, three Jewish men were verbally harassed and physically assaulted by protesters who called them the "Synagogue of Satan" and "Amalek."

Swastikas and "KKK" were found etched into playground equipment.

A man verbally harassed an ultra-Orthodox Jew for not wearing a mask while walking down the street. During an interview with media, the perpetrator made antisemitic comments about Orthodox Jews indicating that he purposely targeted his victim.
