Antisemitism 101 for the Workplace

A 45 minute on demand interactive module, supports professionals at all levels in developing their awareness and understanding of antisemitism. Through participation in this module, participants will begin to learn about diversity of Jewish identity and culture; define antisemitism and the myths and stereotypes reinforcing it; recognize how antisemitism shows up in the workplace and ways to take action.

A Chinese restaurant was harassed by an individual who entered the restaurant and threw water on them. The owner of the restaurant also reported that someone painted “go back to China" on her car.

Two Jewish teenagers were atacked by two men who shouted antisemitic slurs and threw debris from the ground at them.

San Jose California

Five Asian-owned businesses were vandalized in nearby neighborhoods of San Jose.

Livingston Montana

Antisemitic flyers that depict a declining line graph and a US dollar with the message "With Jews, You Lose" and a URL for The Brother Nathanael Foundation. Brother Nathanael is a "street evangelist" and antisemitic provocateur.

During a second-grade class held on Zoom, one student told the class he does not like "China or Chinese people because they started this quarantine."

A plaque depicting Winnie the Pooh eating a bat with chopsticks and the words “Wuhan Plague” was found on the exterior of a coffee shop. The plaque was also reportedly posted at other locations around East Atlanta on April 13 and April 16.
